Welcome to Makana Training Center

A program of Iwikua - a nonprofit focused on the wellness of west Kaua'i through physical fitness, sustainable food production, and cultural exchange.

As a nonprofit organization focused on the health and wellness of our community, we are committed to providing high-level fitness opportunities at affordable rates. Our monthly rate is just $40, with no contract or annual fees.

We also have class and day pass options for our local residents and personal training.
